So I accidentally pressed it 7 times in the beginning when I got it. I doesn't ramp up smooth it does clicks. Whenever I try to do anything like go to advanced nothing happens. I've already unscrewed it to turn it off and on and doesn't ramp up smooth anymore

I like the Q8, but the tactical strobe is useless as it takes way too long to get to it. For that I prefer the O-light seeker, 3 quick clicks. I would prefer 3 clicks in simple UI mode on the Q8. Hopefully a firmware upgrade can do this :) Great light otherwise.
