There shouldn't be women on a special forces Oda. And of story. Sometimes you have to eliminate enemy personnel with a knife. If you mess that up everybody can die on your team. I really don't believe a woman is qualified for that.

I’m female and a very fit tradesman (I use proper English). I say no. Women don’t possess the physical strength and they do think different (that’s why I don’t work with any). What’s with the comment about the boys having a beer ? I also fought wildland fires for a few years and when we had a night to ourselves a few Jack and Coke around the fire pit was a welcome relief. Let me guess, a woman commenting? Forgot to mention the unit must function cohesively to be effective and the presence of a woman would weaken that. Lots of other roles in the military which are more suited to women.

70's was gonnohrea, which mutated into penicillin resistant strain because it was so prevalent. Military personnel were sometimes medivaced to get treatment. My base of 5,000 permanent party treated 1,000 cases a year.
