Ingredients:
Dough:
milk 100 ml
sugar 40-50 g
butter 40 g
fresh yeast 10-15 gr or dry 7 gr
egg 1 pc
flour 300 g
vanilla sugar 10 g
a pinch of salt
Filling:
Philadelphia cheese 200 gr
sugar 50 g
cornstarch 2 tbsp
sour cream 40 gr
vanilla sugar 10 gr
butter 20 g
Bake at 180°C for about 20-25 minutes.

Вопрос у вас в видео вы в заполнение добавляете яйцо, а описании его нет ? Так надо добавлять или нет ?
