Being the royal icing is softer can you stack cookies next to each other or will they dent? Also how do they hold up if mailing them? Good video very clear instructions thank you.

@@VeryCherryCakes A few questions, with this icing. How long for dry time between layers? How long for dry time before airbrushing? Have you froze this icing and used it again? Have you froze cookies pre decorated and did the icing still look okay?

I have learned in the last two years that we should not have fat in the royal icing to prevent it from staining, looking greasy and some colors from bleeding. So vegetable shortening won't cause these problems for this royal icing? I am pleasantly surprised and love the idea of having a smooth royal icing. Thanks
