A beautiful & timely addition to the Soft Cell music capsule. It's great to have a Soft Cell Christmas song to play when you're opening your presents on Christmas morning. I've certainly had enough of Mariah b*****y Carey that's for sure! Is there any chance Radio 2 might pick it up, otherwise where will it get any exposure? I think Marc should put his favourite Snowman suit on & then go walking in the air over London singing this top tune very loudly while sprinkling glitter all over the city. That would get it noticed...lol...

The original version of 'Last Chance' features on 'Cruelty Without Beauty', Soft Cell's 2002 album. It's regarded as a sequel to 'Say Hello, Wave Goodbye' with the former couple meeting many years after their break-up. To say that 'Last Chance' went down a storm on Soft Cell's 2002-3 tour is an understatement.

" Youths a mask but it don't last - live it long and live it fast" ( Rod Stewart) "and then one day you find, 10 years have got behind you - no one told you when to run, you missed the starting gun" (Pink Floyd). Didn't think more than 40 years after Soft Cell seemed to be mirroring my life experiences, that I would still be haunted by Marc's voice. I'm glad the guys are still making music
