My oven is busted, and you are the first person to demonstrate properly; how one puts it into a double boiler, with the pan,etc. I can't thank you enough for providing a chocolate cake that has salt and lemon juice to give it that extra punch. Guyz,i would like to suggest you all that before pouring the chocolate on cake you must cut cake into 3 layers ,apply some sugar syrup [add sugar +cocoa powder in water and mix well]and after applying syrup just spread some chocolate syrup and some chunks of chocolate...and trust me guyz taste would be out of the world...

I tried this recipe by using ragi flour + wheat flour in 3:1 ratio instead of maida... Rest all ingredients same... N cake came out so soft and tasty.... Everyone at home loved it...Can't thank you enough😊
