Sure, it’s relevant to document size. Make the text bigger relative to your document. The larger it is, the lesser the effect will be. Then rescale later

@@DoronStudio Would you please explain what do you mean by making the text bigger relative to the document. And by the way when you rescale how you avoid the effect not being affected? Do you need to convert the logo to any specific format to avoid this?

@@DoronStudio I've got the same problem, even at absurdly large text size, the effect is wayyy too strong to the point that you can't read the text.
