Dahi bhalla
Ingredients:
Batter -
Urad daal 1 cup
Moong daal 1/2 cup
Soak for at least 4-5 hours
Grind it with only 4-5 tbsp water
Whisk batter for 7-8 minutes and u can add green chilly, ginger, cumin, and kismish. It is totally optional.
After fry immediately put bhallas in warm water. Add salt and hing in water before adding bhallas.
After 5 min squeeze it delicately.
Strain curd from fine strainer , add 2 tsp powder sugar and 1 tsp black salt
Masala :
4-5 tbsp cumin
5 red chillies
1 tbsp ajwain
1 tbsp black pepper powder or 2 tbsp black pepper corns whole
1 tbsp black salt
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp chat masala
