Ingredients for 7-8 buns:
For dough:
160ml lukewarm milk
10g fresh yeast or 4g dry yeast
300g flour
30g sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp oil
1 egg
30g unsalted butter
For filling:
200g cottage cheese
20g sugar
Red orange zest
20g raisins
Yolk, 1 tbsp milk
Maple syrup (optional)
Bake at 180°C for 20-25 min
