Just looking at the focaccias makes you want to bite into them, in whatever shape or filling they are! Today I wanted to make them in a buffet version, smaller, individual, excellent for making them assorted (everyone chooses their own) or for an occasion to include in the buffets!
Choose the flavors you prefer, they are also delicious in PIZZA VERSION!

⏱️ Growth times:
1:58 👉 1st growth step approximately 20 minutes
2:30 👉 2nd Step of growth for at least 4 hours or until it triples in volume
4:05 👉 3rd step for 15 minutes (after making the loaves)
🌡️ Bake for approximately 20 minutes at 220° Ventilated230° Static
📝 Ingredients:
400 g 0 flour (or half Manitoba, half 00)
10-12 g fresh brewer's yeast (or 4 dry)
250 ml Water approximately
1 teaspoon Sugar
1-1/2 teaspoon Salt
To fill:
1 Potato
1 Onion
Yellow and red cherry tomatoes
Olives
salt
Oregano, basil, rosemary
Extra virgin olive oil (preferably)
