Hi thank you for your informative videos. My Express Entry application was cancelled last week citing that a PCC was not provided. However the document was provided to my agent who claims to have uploaded the right document - he states the decline may be due to a technical glitch in the system. I want to contest the decision as all details were provided from my side but uploaded by the agent - who I suspect has made an error and is covering tracks. If my agent uploaded incorrect documents accidently, can the decision still be reversed? It has been 6 days since the application was cancelled and since my birthday has passed this month - I have lost 5 points in my application. Help would be greatly appreciated.

Sheetanshu, I have a question regarding soft landing. As returning home country after soft landing for getting PR card, is it ok to come back to Canada after 2 or 3 years I mean anytime within 3 years since we can maintain our PR card by living 2 out of 5 years? Thanks for clarifying my doubt.

Hello. I have an urgent question and was hoping someone will be able to guide me. So my COPR expires end of July. I am traveling to Canada from India to activate the PR in July and plan to come back in august due to some personal commitments that requires me to come back for a while. Can anyone tell me if that could be in issue? Do i need separate PNR numbers for my flight? As in a separate ticket while retuning. Are these things checked religiously? @3:19 this time period needs to be updated. It has been expedited a lot these days. The actual time frame after landing is around 2-3 weeks, even though the immigration officer said 6-8 at YVR. In fact, after linking my PR card application to my express entry application online, I saw that my PR card status was changed to "approved" in just over 1 week!! This was in Nov-Dec 2019. But I had planned to 'soft land' for about 2 months expecting it to take longer. So I just spent the rest 1.5 months exploring and then returning.
