I read a lot online from people who complain their kids or grandkids never call, never write. My grandparents wrote me a lot...covered the waterfront as they used to say. I loved getting their letters and occasional treats in the envelope. I call my children and grandchildren...they are busy and just forget. Stop complaining unless you call and write THEM. I don't expect them to dance attendance on me. My husbands Dad used to send cash in the mail because his Mom controlled the money and was cheap....good at concert tickets, but not money. One phrase I hate is "Do it for love, not for money." used for mowing the lawn or pet care or washing the car. I always give a treat or money when my grandchildren do anything for me...I don't see money and love as separate things...too many Jane Austen books!!! Tough as nails, that girl. So write your family, send a pretty tea bag or a little gift card...keep doing it. I'm 77 and tired of the self pity of old folks who SEEM TO BE NOT EVEN TRYING.

The second 10 years is like your sophomore year when you just start to get into the beginning of core classes and you figure out if your adapting and learning something. The next 10 years are like your junior year. It's all heavily focused on your major and really applying what you've learned. The last 10 years is like your senior year. All you want is OUT!!

The police told the squatters that the police can look up the property owner on their computer and call to confirm whether the rental contract is legitimate or fake. The squatter had a rental agreement with the owners name on it, and the owner did not answer the phone. The police told the squatter that when we get ahold of the owner and if this is a fake document, we will be back here tomorrow to arrest you. the police return the next day and arrested the squatters. It is an aggravated misdemeanor to break into a house and you will be arrested in Nevada. This is why I don’t see squatters here in Las Vegas.

Cable TV is waste of money and old business model. Streaming is the way to go but it easy to go overboard with it.

Rate cuts commence in June 2024, taking 6-8 months to complete. A potential crash, if any, might occur by March 2025. The soft landing narrative is gaining traction, making this big recession everyone is calling for less likely. With $1 million from a business sale, I'm seeking profitable investment opportunities for the next 3 years.

The financial market is a reliable choice. Diversify your portfolio with I-bonds, stocks (ETFs, REITs, dividend-paying stocks), and bitcoin. Given your budget, I recommend hiring a fiduciary to ensure you receive professional insights for a fee.

If you are in cross roads or need sincere advice on the best moves to take now its best you seek an independent advisor who knows about the financial markets. It's better to hire a skilled financial planner especially if you're not one yourself. I hired one after my retirement pension took a hit in April due to the crash.

Market behavior can be complex and unpredictable. Mind if I ask you to recommend this particular coach to whom you have used their services?

I've stuck with the popularly ‘’Jessica Lee Horst” for about five years now, and her performance has been consistently impressive. She’s quite known in her field, look her up.
