Is it possible to set the colors to fade in the soft palette as opposed to snapping?

It is, you can record the fade time into the soft palette as well. 1. Select your soft palette (this one will always have fade) 2. Press a number on the keypad (fade time in seconds)

Great tip. But now I can not pick colors the old way, becaus it changes back when I click "clear". How to fix this? Should I link it back or what? and how to link back?

Hey Grega. I think you forgot to set your region, or to set your soft palette to "link" under the button type option in your execute window. Tutorial timestamp 2:38 goes deeper into this.

What could i did wrong? I did everything the same, but in col FX its not working properly.. LIke while my fader is UP colours don't change. When I release my playback and activate again colours are changing to new values.. What's the reason?

Did you manage to resolve the issue? I have the same experience with FX where colors only change after moving the fader down and up.

On the execute page when you press clear you cannot select your colours how do you fix that

That means you did something wrong and the palettes are in your programmer. Soft palette is not set to link probably, or something went wrong while setting the region.

I tried to use the 2col fx with the two palettes, but when i start the fx, my soft palette 1 is not working. I followed all the steps and still nothing, I can change only soft palette 2. I use version 1.8.5.6. Still cool video though!
