Additional notes:
You can actually whip this the old fashioned way: WHISKING BY HAND. Just make sure that the ice cream base are COLD.
These recipes are really yummy specially the chocolate flavor one but please "eat" MODERATELY. 😉
Soft Serve Ice Cream Recipe:
3 cups Heavy Cream (700 gr)
2 cups Sugar (400 gr)
2 tsp Vanilla Extract
3/4 tsp Salt ( Do not skip the salt, it cuts the sweetness of the ice cream)
divide mixture in half and to one half add:
1/3 cup Cocoa Powder (40 gr)

yeah, it really does seem like a lot,,, but in emma's video she mentioned that it was how much you had to use for the soft texture, if you used less it would freeze into a hard block of cream

Hi rex. All purpose cream doesn't whip very well. Look for heavy cream or whipping cream. Thank you for your comment.

Hi angela. All purpose cream doesn't whip well. Please use heavy whipping cream with 36% milk fat. I used anchor long life kz yan ang available dito sa nearest supermarket at subok ko na. Thank you. 😉

Hi emichie. Nearly any high fat milk will work, and you can substitute half-and-half for the cream. However, i haven't tried it yet for this recipe. If you will give it a go, please update us. Thank you.

Hello po. The amount of sugar controls the texture of this ice cream. It's very creamy and milky already with just sugar only. I haven't tried condensed yet. Thank you po.
