I am trying to get caught up on comments and just came across this one from Christmas!😱 I too was so shocked and sad to hear about Carlos Marin from Il Divo....praying for his family as well🙏 Thank you for your constant love and support...you are truly amazing and such a gift to me💞 You asked about the best eye primer....I really think it's between the Smashbox 24 Hr Photo Finish Eye Shadow Primer and the Thrive Causemetics Eye Lift 360 Waterproof Eye Primer. There are others that work fairly well if you don't have super oily eyelids but those two I find to be the longest wearing. Love & blessings!!😍♥️
