00:06:16 I think you're thinking of the Pacific Trash Vortex or "great Pacific garbage patch." It's unfortunately a bit bigger than 2 miles long. It's mostly granule-sized pieces of plastic but it's estimated to be about 3x larger than Texas and can be detected from outer space/satellite.
