Proud to say Im one of those which have been on asmr from very only on. It started with me subscribing to tarot channels as i found them pretty relaxing, then similar videos started to pop up (2010), catalog page turning, whispering you a story (no video), and eventually roleplays. This style is exactly my preference 🤌🏼

It’s so wild - this came up on my feed today and it used to be my GO TO like 10 years ago when I was first finding ASMR on KZbin and there’s just truly nothing like those early videos! Before everything became so overproduced! This video and ASMRtist is just so natural and real feeling to me. Like a nice local makeup artist you hired for a special event in your life. So effortless, but I know it’s not, you just make it look that way!

This was the first ASMR video I ever watched in ~2012. My friend sent this to me and explained what ASMR was and I was SHOCKED, because I had felt it since I was very little but I thought I was the only one. I never knew what it was.

I too had experienced it since childhood and never knew it happened to anyone else. So glad there's a ASMR community. I hope there will be more research on the topic. I'm grateful for the videos too because I used to called customer service and they lot, call and place orders over the phone, etc.

This one made me very sleepy. I love how natural it is. There isn’t too many sounds (people tend to over do it with the layered sounds effects) no constant tapping on everything. You can hear all the natural sounds in the back. Just very natural this has become my new fav!

I remember watching this video when you first uploaded it, gosh it doesn’t seem like 10 years ago 🤯 it’s still one of my favourite asmr videos and I think this was the golden age of asmr, before the modern asmr-ists got too much into video production that they have lost the true meaning of asmr. The slight white noise sound of the video recording of this is perfect and the role play comes across as genuine, as you do in them all but especially this one. ❤

I started watching ASMR around 2011/2012 and I came across this video and it gave me sooo many tingles, unfortunately I did not remember your channel name and began watching new ASMR videos. For some odd reason for the past few months i have been wanting to come back to this video to re watch it and re live tingles this video gave me! after searching endlessly for months i could NOT find this video. As i was about to go to sleep right now (1:30 am) this video came into my mind once again and i said i have to look one more time for this video, i searched “asmr makeup roleplay 2012” (bc that’s when i started watching asmr) and I finally found it ! oh my goodness I am SO excited to rewatch this video and fall asleep to true ASMR triggers, I’m definitely subscribing so i don’t lose you again! ❤️❤️
