Back in the olden days, a calendar was something you hung on your wall. What you took with you was a diary. Nowadays when people talk about a calendar they usually mean what used to be a diary.

The part with the related expenses and company expenses for say a family home, "JUST ADMIT IT IS INCOME!!!" Pay taxes, label it correctly, and say who it's going to. If it is your parents, it goes to you and you pay taxes. If it goes to your parents then gift tax is paid. IF THE INVESTORS DONT LIKE IT THEN DONT DO IT OR YOULL BE FIRED!!! OMG, the last bit dude, the last bit, "If you lie to your investors, don't do this..." had me rolling on the floor. My day job is in information security, but it is fundamentally about Deception and Deception Detection. There are lotsa forms. I've written papers, and am giving a lecture next week! Anyway, that is the biggest No Duh How To Criminal I've heard in a long long time. Shh, don't let the cat out of the bag, it makes my job way, way easier if criminals are doofus CHUDS (no, I don't professionally say my adversaries are CHUDS out loud. I scream it in the inside)
