I see that there was an official episode called Aggro Boy. It revolves around these same to characters. It contains a lot of the scenes that are in the video above. But this vide that you posted has a lot of scenes that aren't in that episode. Is this made up of the original episode but includes scenes that were originally left out or what? Either way, thanks a lot for posting this. I've watched Aggro Boy and this. I love both. They're a bit like companion pieces. But I must admit that I prefer the version you posted. The plot in this version flows much better and makes more sense than the official episode. Thanks again! Cheers!

Why contemporary tv could never personify skinhead culture accurately, when all they had to do was pay attention to them on the streets, I don't know. The hair mainly wrong, longer than in the 50s, and whilst many working class kids edged into the gear when they could afford to at this early date, there isn't one fully recognisable skinhead in this. Personally I miss skinheads, I always thought they were just a misunderstood group of benign teens...😀... On another note, the 'suedehead' at 33.45 is Leon Vitali, who in 1975 played Lord Bullingdon in Stanley Kubrick's brilliant film Barry Lyndon. I prefer him here however, its probably what got him the part, Kubrick was always impressed with boys who could play enigmatic charm mixed with real nastiness........

I dunno Skinhead hair varied in length back then. Long hair was in fashion then so hair under an inch long could be classed as Skinhead. As for the thick bit they've overdone that but they did all come from working class backgrounds and some of then were pretty dense, I remember a lot of them on my estate back then.
