Drinking a hot cup of lavender and chamomile tea while listening to this. I'm only 2 mins in and i got tingles lots of tingles. Love the pink wig it looks amazing on you Bekah. But any look you try always looks stunning so yeah. I really appreciate the "may I touch you" requests! It's not something that I still deal with, but when I was a kid, I went through a phase where I didn't like to be touched. That is until I met someone who had experienced the same thing when they were younger. They understood what it was like and would always ask my permission first before they touched me. This helps to remind me that I'm not as alone in my struggles as I sometimes may feel, and just how far I've come since then in overcoming them! 😌

Hey, it seemed like you were in a good mood, which is cool. I love the effect that you achieved with just a plaid sheet and some lights. Sidenote that horses are really wonderful creatures for affirming our connection to nature and the harmony, energy and peace within it. @@justANNe_04 Yeah they have to wait because teenagers have a lot of hormonal fluctuations that they worry they might misclassify as a long term mental illness. They gotta be sure I guess. I had BPD specific symptoms since like 4th grade, but they didn't figure it out until I was 20. I had been misdiagnosed with bipolar until then. I hope you get an answer that helps you find good treatment. Misdiagnosing me with bipolar at 8 years old is what they're trying to prevent.

Do you drink caffeine at all? A lot of people think it doesn't affect them bc they don't get hyper or wired, but then they are just never able to sleep. (I was that way too.)

@@wifie9321 Caffeine has a 6 hour half life, so it takes 6 hours to break down half of the caffeine consumed. So if drank at 4pm, by 10pm half of the caffeine is still being broken down. It can take up to 10 hours to stop affecting you and 300mg is the max caffeine recommended per day for adults. So that's probably why 😅 I'd cut down on the caffeine and stop drinking it past noon to be safe if it's causing insomnia.
