Thanks for your videos. Really helpful through hard times. I struggle with a lot. The videos nearly always provide me with relief, even if just to get through the worst. I actually managed to go out today, get a haircut & buy myself a new book. (I normally just stay inside, if I don't have to travel to the office for work) I normally work from home. I probably should get diagnosed, I've never told anyone about my mental health struggles. But things have started to get a lot worse recently. Sorry for rambling, but I only went out today because I've been watching your videos, specifically the ones when you talk about self love and care. I've mentally smashed myself into the ground for years. But it always hits home when you talk about caring for yourself. Love the videos, found your channel looking for more ASMR tingles and sleep help, but needed the mental health content too. ❤ Also, I'm from London, loving the "innit"
