Hi Evgeny, first of all I would like to thank you and your guests for the time and experience that you share. I really enjoy the feedback and expertise that your guests (hiring managers, directors etc.) provide. However, I'm shocked with the amount of extremely weak candidates who clearly don't know what they're talking about, even when they claim that they are Senior QA. It will definitely improve the quality of the mock interviews, because they're a lot of folks who have real project/internship experience. Are you thinking about prescreening candidates for the future videos?
