Hi Zach! I absolutely love your channel!!! It’s my favorite! I desperately needed help and only have 4 clients right now, so I’m hoping your videos will help me! I have a couple questions: 1) with your contract I purchased it has the gold, silver, etc. A) How much time do you allow for questions per tier? 2) For 1099’s, does this include sending W-9’s and management of vendors and W-9’s? C) What is included in A/R management if you don’t include invoices? D) For A/P management : do you have vendors send you bills, and do you print them, file them, etc.? Also, if not, does the owner send them to you? If so, what digital method do you use for this? E) What does Stress Free Tax Time? Is that just because their books are managed? So basically nothing extra right? Thank you so much !!!!

Hey Zach, would you mind sharing how you get an idea of a clients books/ work to be done? Do you do a quick free diagnostic review and then send them a proposal or do a more in depth paid diagnostic review then clean up as needed? Appreciate you!

I count the average transactions from the past 3 months. I charge $3 per transaction per month. That’s the monthly fee. Then I have the client tell me when they want me to start. I just onboarded a client and they said, “Start January 1st” and I said, “Ok that will be $300/month so $3,000 for January - October”

This was awesome! Thank you so much! Question. Once you have caught up on the new onboarding bookkeeping, do you just send your invoices at the beginning of the month? And not work on that client’s books until they pay? I have been billing by the hour but people have been not paying! I don’t know how to change the billing arrangements! 😞

For example, you call me today, 3/15/24 to do a 2023 clean up and to do ongoing bookkeeping. I will send you an invoice on 3/15/24 for $3,600 to do 2023. I won't start until it's paid. Then I finish the work. Then I will send you an invoice on 4/1/24 for $1,200 (January - April) and I won't get started on 2024 until it's paid. Then I will send you another invoice on 5/1/24 for $300 (for may bookkeeping) and then another invoice every month after that on the 1st.
