Facebook cracked TAILS for the FBI in June 2020. Be careful. They will do whatever they can to maintain control of the information space. If you are using Tails for journalistic work you have my highest admiration. Power never concedes.

They didn’t crack Tails. Get your facts right. They used a zero day vulnerability on the Tor Browser which leaks real ip. But in Tails all traffic goes through Tor anyway, so vulnerability won’t leak ip. If that pedophile used Tails, he wouldn’t be caught.

Avoid using Google with TOR (thus with Tails). google KNOWS your MAC address and/or knows you are using TOR. One woman who runs a cryptocurrency business and does videos about it says to never use a password manager.

Tails OS generates new MAC-addresses each time you use it.
