My friend recently joined in one company the manager is asking his team(2-3) members and my friend to work from 9:30 am to 8pm and if the build is released from developer at any time he is calling my friend some times at 11pm , 1am , 2am 5am irrespective of time ask him to start testing and even telling that should work on weekends too if the build is released manager saying simple reason that project is in production so you have to work another 5-6 months like this..How to tackle this situation my friend is bothering about this a lot?

Escalate this matter and have some work ethics in place.. calling at midnight or early morning is highly unacceptable. Ask your developer to have some time management skills.

Hi Sir, How are you? I would like to ask one general question sir .. Now a days many recruiters are putting job openings with "Manual Tester" after that they ask for skills like selenium , java, c# , python , CI/CD , AWS and etc. They are asking questions 20% from manual and 80% from automation and coding and all. I am having 3.10 years of experience in manual and good knowledge in selenium with java, basic SQL queries , maven framework, pom, testng framework, basic knowledge on api testing in both Manual and automation by using postman and Restassured framework. I have attended more than 5 interviews they are asking questions only from automation and expecting I should be expertise in automation. How is it possible to get selected sir? 😭
