While working team I see such candidate as one who needs constant push and repetition of same work and they don't understand what is expected out of them. Sorry to be so judgmental but thats what manager observe in his 15-30 min interview. Manish you did great. Please continue to conduct such mock interview. Hi Manish, you are doing great job! much appreciated. i have noticed that when a candidate cant answer some questions most of the time you helped him/her and gave answer. but some question was not being answered. Like 1.What is the entry and exit criteria for smoke testing? 2.what are the things you keep on your mind to deploy the build and who give the release note to the higher authority, that the application is ready to release. there are some other questions i forgot.
