You can meditate any time you feel like! As much as possible really :) but you have to meditate outside of the cushion as well integrate it into daily life in everything that you do! Do this méditation 🧘♂️ from five to twenty minutes as long as you can without falling asleep ;) lots of love :)

I find myself accidentally slipping into "Referencelessness" in between the moments where I'm prompted to think.
