I can’t believe it’s taken me all these years to realize that you have a YT channel. Hot Music is an absolute monument, to this day I still have a sealed copy; when it was released I was well aware of its importance both as a brilliant document of the era/zeitgeist of the NY underground & globally (music is the universal dance - this is universal *soul* music) & bought 3 copies. Still remember the 1st time I heard it out in the clubs - we were @ Larry Tee’s Love Machine, i blissfully lost my mind to the music AND suddenly bumped in to Ru Paul who looked at me & said simply “yes honey”! It doesn’t get any better than that.
