Yes, I was shocked by Sohyang once again when she released this song a few days back. I'd never heard it before and am not a Lady Gaga fan. But Sohyang's rendition of this is emotional and passionate like only Sohyang can be emotional and passionate. She really is from another planet. I can't think of a single singer who can compare with her and I've been around since the 1950s. 👀🤷‍♂👀😮👑😉😎💖💖💖

I agree with you and I am of your age. There has been just no one like her. Lady Gaga's rendition is wonderful and beautiful as well, but it is highly produced. Not dissing on Lady Gaga but more saying this Korean woman with a mic on a Spanish Street in Mallorca, Spain, seems to be from another planet. I am just glad she came for the visit and decided to sing!

Hey Todd & Tom. I've got you both beat. I've been around since 1938. My family is musical and I have loved music since a child. I have seen, heard, and loved all of the Greats from the 40's Big Bands to Sinatra to Elvis to Chicago to Celine . . . But five years ago, I was stopped in my tracks when I heard Sohyang's voice on KZbin and turned to watch. I have not moved since. I do a Search for her every day and, if there is no new video, I watch my favorite reaction videos again. Her photos cycle over and over on my Screen Saver. In all of that time, there has never been anyone to match this special lady. Everything about her is captivating. if you have a soul, you return more than appreciation, you send affection, to that beautiful lady, who, after all, is just an image that flickers across your Monitor, but adds much beauty to your life. I am adamant about the fact that it is absolutely essential that you watch her as well as listen. Sohyang's power to project the meaning and emotion of songs visually is half of the experience. Besides, the quality she produces singing Live on a windy dock is as flawless as a Studio Production is for lesser talents. OK. I'm done. Back to Sohyang. Cheers.

@@daveg.6820 LOL Dave, you've got me beat by 20 years! So you are now 86! Wow! You must have excellent family genes! And the talent that has passed in front of your eyes! I absolutely agree. No other singer other than Sohyang can make the non-existent hair on my bald head stand on end almost every time she sings. "I'll Never Love Again" is one of her songs that just gives me shivers and a skull that contracts and forces those few remaining follicles to stand on end! I actually watched the Lady Gaga performance from "A Star is Born" and it is actually really good! But she doesn't have Sohyang's voice and emotions. No one does. She is just the best in the world and I am truly thankful to be able to see and hear her sing everyday. It is a real blessing and I am 100% serious about that, and I know you are too Dave! 👀😮👑😉😎💖💖💖💖💖

I reluctantly report to you that I have a full head of hair that just turned mostly white over the last five years, and 2. being old and single, I admit that I fell into a schoolboy crush on that elegant lady that can only be compared to being smitten by your Sunday School Teacher. I'm sure her husband will forgive me (and lots of other guys), but she is so sweet, generous to everyone, full of joy, and stunning to look at, that I make no apology. Having observed the world for a long time, I recognize a gift of extreme value when I am presented with one. 🤔 Cheers.

Thanks so much for your reactions and support of this powerhouse singer, So Hyang. She never ceases to amaze me. She made this song into something above and beyond, and it has become maybe my favorite of her busking songs in Spain, though I loved all of them a lot, including 'Angel', 'Love Wins All', 'Love On Top', 'I am', and more. To think this is a live performance at age 46 (plus-plus) years old is just remarkable. I enjoyed your enthusiasm as I can tell how much you both admire this incredible artist.
