Sohyang has performed this song on multiple occasions over the years. This one came from her earlier days and you can tell from her technique and choice of her color. This performance is fun for the stagecraft the production used for effect. Sohyang's raw talent is clearly on display. For a comparison, you can also see her more recent performance on "Begin Again Korea" singing this same song @ kzbin.info/www/bejne/kIXLdKN-ndONfZo&start_radio=1 As you noted about how Sohyang's vocal clearly improved over the years, you can notice the changes she incorporated.
