Soil Block Making - Making your own mix!

Yes you can make your own soil block making mix - and it's easy.
You can make your own soil block and never buy plastic trays again - saving you money and saving the environment from more plastic trash! Plus the benefit is you can make as many or as few as you want to make! Mix 80% screened compost with about 10% Sand and approx 10% Peat moss or similar product. The peat moss isn't necessary so leave it out if your compost has the right consistency. The sand helps to hold the blocks together and so we add a little to help them hold their form.
