There are 3 positions in which you are 5 minutes + 1 position untill your breath settles, that is more than 15 minutes, so in order to do angamardana in 25 minutes you would have to do the rest in less then 10 minutes and that is impossible. I feel like I do it quick and it takes me one hour 😄

Sweet pain of angamardana ❤ Every word said here is true with respect to my experience. Angamardana is a package. There are side effects of angamardana ie. Weight loss ,being at ease,fully energized throughout the day etc.🧘♂️❤🧘♂️

Yes can do, if you are doing both then start with upa yoga and then Angamardana .
