I think this is a very impressive instrument!It's secret seems to be in the length of the tines, allowing the material to travel over a longer distance and lose more fine dirt in the process.This probably restricts it to screening already loosened material as longer tines would tend to reduce it's breakout strength.Having said all that it seems to be a very useful tool.

Hello. Yes. it is the length which makes it possible not to shake. produced in 12mm St-52 steel.

need to change the side panel shape and create a similar thumb so you can close the thumb and rock the bucket and thumb to shake more dirt out of fuller scoops.. or put a hydraulic vibrator on the back of the bucket.. if you have enough hydraulic lines to do it.
