I did that too! After failing I started actually reading the mechanics and seeing how the taunt worked on the bulwark ad. Once I found out they can't taunt units on a higher platform, I went to see if I can quick kill the boss.

damn the heal of v1 soumi and the strength of her shield with gold soumi is so strong. I followed your method and my whole level 39 team got wiped out, but luckily my Groza survived and killed Ironside.

Dang, its that much of a difference... I did forget to mention I was running ultimate pursuit on Soumi as well as stacking as much attack so that her shields are larger. As a content creator, I wish we could adjust the fortification levels in games like these once we have unlocked them....

@@MageVerse Yeah, your V1 Suomi and the QJ sig are making a LOT of difference here. My lvl 37 team is struggling really hard, Groza takes about 50% more damage, despite the fact I have V1, but don't have Suomi Sig, and I deal aout 25-30% less damage, and don't have QJ Sig.

Im guessing machiatto would be the same as soumi in terms of night and day gap between v0 and v1. Kinda sucks that a base unit feels like a demo game from a v1 unit.

Never believe for a player that used to stream online as a job that are so good in game like gacha game without knowing what's in their sleeve, they always can pull max their chara and their weapon and many other accessories that make their chara are so damn good even in lower level than u, for regular player like me that can't afford or even if can, choosing not to bcoz of the cost, u need at least 10 to 15 level higher than the boss enemy starting from the middle game usually, so.... Just play and have fun, don't need to follow them exactly, wait and be patient with ur time, ur not gonna get a paradise if u finished the game quickly

I just finish this with tololo lv 38 , it nightmare for TLL since she cant freely exploit enemy to gain skill point , it took me exact 12 turn ( with the last hit coming from groza and suomi counter attack 💀) , was prepared for restart but that last bit of dmg saved the run .

The damage requirement for this fight is ridiculous. I can only get him down to about 25% before he just becomes immortal for some reason.

Little late, but be sure to add friends. If you like the dolls, like me lacking Qiongjiu, you can use them as support unit.

Guide is somewhat helpful... But try beating this challenge without QJ, and you'll see why players struggle with it. Somehow managed to do it with lvl 37 squad of Suomi, Groza, Lotta, Sharkry and Krolik.

Thanks for the guide, my char already is lvl40, so it is a bit easier for me. I tried to clear it without the guide but was still unable to clear it maybe my plan was quite poor. Yours much better.

Thanks for the guide. One thing I would like to see you add in the future (when more characters have been release probably) is that when introducing the team and their gear, it would be nice if you said what role they are fulfilling to make it easier to swap out based on what roster we have available. As it is I'm not familiar with the abilities of a lot of the characters outside of the 4 or 5 that I use frequently.

That is a good point, I am still working out how to put these guides together. At the moment I am trying to condense everything so the videos are not so long. Sadly, with how long fights are turning out to be it causes videos to drag on..

I don't get how taunt works here. I always end losing 'cause my Suomi gets taunted and dies or can't use shield when needed.

The boss applies a debuff(Vituperation) to a random unit when he does malicious outburst and if that unit attacks the boss for ANY reason(even support attacks) it will taunt the unit with the debuff. There is also the bulwark in the back that can taunt as well if he gets in 2 square distance of her.
