Idk about "rare to find", but every GS25 or pocha bar will def have a variety of flavored soju, at least in Seoul.

Yeah, when I visited Korea every place that had regular soju had a lot of flavored variety as well

Maybe Saero Lychee or I think there's a lemon jinro but other that the flavours arnt available like they used to be say 7 years ago, the green jinro toad was the mascot for the flavours, you don't see it so much now.

how can i be sure to avoid soju made with barley? is there a certain method that means rice only? i have to avoid gluten containing grains, and i’d like to try soju. i also would love to try makgeolli but i understand that is never gluten free
