I initially bought the Ambitful, from Amazon. But returned it almost immediately, when I realized that the Ambitful didn't come with a case (at least in the package I bought). Then bought the Sokani, and it did come with the case, for what was, at that time, the same price.

Chinese manufacturers will sell "white label" goods to companies, thus allowing those companies to sell and put their branding on them without incurring manufacturing and development costs. For lighting it was more common with the LED light panels and pocket lights, but as COB lights have become more popular/cheaper to make we're seeing it happen there too. Example: the Godox SL60 is also sold under the Neewer brand. A lot of the larger brands today started out like this. Apurture, Smallrig, Godox and others started out selling products manufactured by other manufacturers, before building up their own manufacturing abilities. Others, like Neewer, will manufacture some of their stuff but mostly sell products manufactured by others with their branding.

Godox/ youngnuo/ weeylite/ sokani/ suefoto/ luxceo do the same thing too ;) its a good thing they exist, they allow budget creators to afford these lights, experiment while later building the budget to buy professional lights ^^ I got a small rgb ambitful light I bought 4 years ago
