I like the way you don't hold back on the students so they get a realistic experience of how a confrontation would feel like. Great preparation for them when confronted on the street to defend them selves.

Grandmaster I enjoyed learning the technique. The back fist/forearm to the vital neck is lethal. I got hit ay about 60/70% when I completed blet ouch
