the building is present Chief Secretary House and a getlemen with black shina cap crossing Kargah Nullah on horseback is "KHUDU RAAH OF GHIZER" i am missing his name he was a well reputed raja of Ponyaal or yaseen and had some problem in on of his legs

@ilyaas. it is for sure that both the gentelmen are from Diamer. they are Mir Baz and Khano, from Goharabad Diamer. Mirbaz was from Sheen tribe(probably an uncle of Rtd. DIG Dilpazir sahib from Gohar abad) and Khano was from Yashkun tribe. they were well known for their joint dance and usually guests would request them to perform in big occassions.
