Guys just remember when making a cutscene, only 100M+/global auras have fog and pulses. The person who added fog and pulses for Exotic: Apex did the cutscene wrong.

That's the red full moon aura, its a developet aura and if you find a developer with that aura equipped you get a badge called stigma
