I’m soooo disappointed in Sola Wood Flowers 😭 I ordered a sample pack a while ago to see if I liked them and absolutely loved them! They showed up quick and although a couple were broken the reshipped new ones right away! After hearing all of the nightmares on their customer service I was raving about them! Then when I decided to bite the bullet, I ordered 2.5 months out from my wedding. The order seemed to be stuck (1 month) and I asked on chat a few times with reassurance every time they were just waiting for USPS to scan to update shipping. Shortly after that chat I received an email saying my order has been lost and they can reship or cancel. Of course I opted to reship (I live very remote and these really are my only option at this short of notice). After confirming I wanted reship, I received an email that evening saying they have since cancelled!😡 what customer service is this? You’ve officially ruined my wedding, now I have 2 bridesmaids bouquet (out of 3 plus supposed to be making mine). I then went into chat today to confirm again and the girls literally said “we will not ship anymore to your location because it costs us more to ship that your order”. So my first order, the replacement broken pieces and my second order that was supposed to be shipped, you would have allowed those but now all of a sudden things have changed? Oh I am one upset bridezilla at this point. Not happy at all

OMG NO! I am so sorry for your experience! Wishing you the best and I hope you enjoy your wedding day regardless. For those of us that live in non-remote areas, I think these are a great sustainable option
