@@WantedPeak I think it’d be great marketing for both companies. Solar would claim the spot for first evertune basses, and evertune would get promoted by solar. Plus there’d be some series 1 basses instead of just the 3 series 2 basses there currently are.

Nice! I have a Dingwall and I've played a few Spector basses, too. These Solar basses are very good for the price. The pickups are way better than I thought they'd be. the neck is very smooth and comfortable, too.

Thank you! For the bass tone, I'm using Neural DSP Parallax. I don't have a lot of gain dialed in. Just enough to cut through and get a solid grind going. I like to get the clank from the bass and my fingers. The tone is pretty even across the controls. That plugin is so awesome.

Coming from the perspective of a musician who happens to be a bassist, how in the hell can you demonstrate the key ingredients and abilities of an instrument, in this case, a bass guitar with "DISTORTION?"...NO amount of mushrooms, crack, PCP or any other drug can possibly shadow the fact that when introduced by distortion any $99 bass guitar purchase from the internet will sound almost the same as a $12,000 Fodera with distortion. Wtf?...STOP✋️...LISTEN🫸 whatever happened to "the character of an instrument?"...
