@@fahimahmedshaikh1406 cause brother I believe in learning from wheresoever it comes, moreover he presented well but terms are of paramount importance, in photoelectric effect an electron leaves the metal however in photovoltaic effect there is electron and hole formation within the material and that step is crucial we should refrain ourselves from wrong information atleast in the field of research, if someone does it by mistake just like brother we should acknowledge him about his mistake 👍🏼😊

upper layer ( n - type ) will be thin , solar radiation will easily pass this thin layer and reaches to the depletion region
