Sir v nice explanation. I hav one issue in the same device. At day time vn batteries z full it switched off the load although I’m using load. Then touch the on button. And after 5 mnts it again swtd off the load. How it will give continuous load while batteries are full.

Step 1: Check Panel and output circuit wiring thoroughly and make sure, there shouldn't be any losing in joining and shorting at any point in all circuit. If fault is still existed then go to step 2, Step :2 Disconnect Panel Wire from Controller and run load just with batteries in day time. After performing these steps, you are able to sort out the root cause. Insha Allah.

First, Disconnect all connection from controller then connect after 1 minute just battery connection and check all screen and then connect load and check and then connect solar connection and check. If problem is still existed then replace controller.

Hi, There are a lot of issues that can cause this problem. Some questions are arisen here; 1- Are you running the device either on 12 volt or 24 volt? 2- Which solar plates are attached with the device either 12 volt or 24 volt ? 3- How many watts, do you have in solar plates those are attached with the device and all plates all working fine? 4- How's your battery bank and all battery in your battery bank is working fine ?, etc.... Anyways, If everything is fine then you should check and verify your battery voltage and panel voltage separately with a Multi-meter or any DC volt Meter and check battery health and should also check the output voltage of the device at the time of fluctuation without any load on output circuit. If every thing is OK on Multi-meter or DC volt meter then you should ignore this issue and If Multi-meter or DC volt meter is also showed the same problem. It's mean device is malfunctioning you should replace the Device. Thanks,

Same model controller I'm using I connected panel first for 3-4days as I didn't knew panel have to connected in last. When I Connected battery it worked fine for a min or 2. But now it's screen is stuck at voltage which shows 1.1v and angry face image. I have a 30w dc ceiling fan which I connected directly to the battery. Yes you can use DC load directly from battery but you shouldn't connect DC load from Panel directly because 12 volt panel system voltage is touched the voltage upto 20 to 21 volt in day time and that can damage your equipments.

Charge Battery with any other AC charger from grid power , if battery is charged completely , it's mean you will have to change your solar charge controller and if battery is not charged completely then you have to replace your battery

There is no need to connect any separate temperature sensor. This model has built-in tempreture sensor. Yes, We had to attach a separate temperature sensor in previous model that was attached on the top side of the charge controller.

Is controller ka subsay bada masla hai shayad ue masla tamam controller. Aj hota hoga masla.ye hai amp down kar deta hai agar 10 amp solar say aa rahay to 2 amp lost hojata controller mai koi aesa ctroller hai Jo amp ko.loss k bajaye increase karay

بھائ اگر دن کے وقت سولر پینلز سے بیٹری کو کسی وجہ سے الگ کر لیا جائے تو سولر کنٹرولر کو کسی قسم کا کوئی نقصان تو نہیں ہو گا ۔ یا بیٹری کے بغیر چلانا ممکن ہے۔پلیز گائیڈ کر دیں۔

Nishan na aana koi masla nahi hai screen fault ya display fault bhi ajata hai kabhi. Ap kisi multimeter ya volt meter aur Ammeter se panel ke voltage aur current check karain agar voltage aur current sahi arahay hain tu, sub set hai. Panel ke nishan ko ignore kar dain. Agar voltage aur current sahi nahi arahay hain, tu ap device replace kar lain. Thanks

Nahi, ye sirf DC current daita hai is se direct dc equipments chala sakatay hain ap. AC ke liye is ke sath koi inverter attach karna parta hai phir AC chala sakay ge ap.
