@@manuakasam if that's what she's doing its her choice and we shouldn't shame it because it might also be an ed which is a serious thing you can't do anything about except pass comments so we should leave her alone either ways since you're not gonna believe that not all idols starve themselves despite some of the telling so, right? ;) and when she was actually dieting to stay in shape for a magazine shoot, she didn't hide how miserable she is. and she works out too she literally posts workout videos where are your pesky comments then? and idk why it's hard for people to accept that some people can eat as much as they want since most of them can maintain a balance between eating and working out to stay fit. i eat whatever i want and I don't need to starve myself or workout intensively to stay in shape. so if you're just gonna disregard what people tell you about their life and body to go around making assumptions in their space, get a life my friend :)

I'm merely saying it's naive to think that these videos don't have real-life consequences for her. That's all =) Luckily, as is mamamoo fashion, they simply have fun in doing whatever it is they are doing and I wouldn't judge them for doing it. In fact I encourage it. I admire that YongSun uses her own tumbler to reduce the waste of disposable containers, which is a big source of environmental polution. A lot of people find it difficult to carry their own tumblers because we usually have to carry another bag in order to carry them. Solar, I already suggested this in previous comments: what about a 'plastic free week'? For three days you can use your usual amount of plastic (but put aside anything you have to throw away, so that you see the amount you produce in that short span of time), for three days no new plastic (so find alternatives such as the water bottle), and the last day thoughts and considerations on the experience/topic :) I hope you'll try this one day! Yes! I haven't seen this before. I always put my tumbler in the side of my backpack or inside a bag, but I always worry about the seal and whether it will leak. The holder is so convenient for keeping the tumbler upright and easy to access
