Dear Prof., sorry, I have a question. On the third page of the slides, we have the equation of "Concentration ratio" as (A absorber/A aperture), but I suppose this term can not have a value larger than 1, since the "focus area" is always smaller than the "effective area" as you explained in the lecture. Would you please explain it a little more if I'm making a mistake somewhere. I really appreciate your help.

Thanks, yes - it should be the collecting area divided by the absorbing area.
