What the lumens on the constant light.. standby mode. Not the 4800 when on full power. But the standby mode.

Hi Brandy, the 4800 Lumen LED Light has multiple lighting modes. In the "standard" sensor mode, the light will maintain 30% (1440lm) brightness until motion is detected - at which point it will ramp up to 100% (4800 lm) brightness. wagan.com/products/solar-led-floodlight-4800

Our lights are able to have the batteries changed out once they reach the end of their usable life.
