Simplest way I've seen on UTube Take the midpoint of the day Half way between sun up and sunset Decide on which day you want to know the angle Place a cup like a Solo plastic cup Large side against the panel Then tilt the panel or ??? Until you've balanced the shadow.... That's the optimum angle for that day Very simple No math involved

If the the solar orientation is not 100% towards south(180degree to south), how much it will effect the output, e.g if solar panel is install at 190degree towards south how much it will effect it's ouput. I have install a 5.35Kw solar panel system but it is giving me 2.7 to 3.2Kw output which is the 50 to 60% output of the installed system. My tilt is 34(Peshawar)and orientation is 194degree to south.

Good effort... A few suggestions. Huawei mobile has built-in angle finder. Tilt angle best setting would be the one used for summer since we need solar more during summers. Thirdly, pin-point latitude may easily be found using Google maps while using your current location.
