Why were only some panels damaged? I would have thought all of them would have sustained some damage.

Some variation in glass strength across the panels and hail size/speed. Just a guess.

More so the variable of the hail itself. The glass drill have dome minute variance, but the hail itself was anywhere from the size of a dime to the size of a tennis ball.

@@jonnymiskatonic my guess is that its just random and that once the integrity of one of them is breached then additional damage accumulates much easier for that given panel, while the neighboring ones might still be fortified.
