How sturdy are the panels and the windows? My only concern would be hail. You can prevent trees from crashing into it by not having them around. But hail...different creature.

An interesting question. When we make this product, we will also consider its adaptability to extreme weather, because we use tempered glass with a thickness of 10mm, which can withstand the impact of hail.

That's not a tent

If judged by the narrow "tent" standard, it is indeed not a tent. Actually, it is a glamping unit.

@@TENTSXPERT I think plenty of people look for “temporary” buildings, to avoid property taxes going up by lots of money. “Glamping” unit fails to describe properly. In the USA, Uniform Building Codes have a classification for “Temporary buildings”. So far, if a structure is “temporary”, Code does Not require a building permit, & therefore, those cannot be used to evaluate for property taxes. Tents, yurts, hybrids like Pacific domes, trailers, etc., are “temporary” structures. Some areas require them to be moved at least once or twice per year, too (unless it’s a bus, truck, trailer on wheels, etc) So…This glamping unit-has a hard frame, & hard walls… -unless it is fairly easily taken apart to move, assessors will see it as a hardwall building, sitting on a foundation, & will raise property taxes accordingly. That, for these, might include requiring ALL the permits for the foundations, the domes, & likely, variances for the electric, & water & septic. Some places don’t allow rain catchment-another variance needed, if they’ll let the owner. (Yes, we routinely struggle with invasive profiteers protecting the profits of various industries, controlling basic needs excessively & detrimentally)
