When Solar water Heaters are leaking beneath the outer drain area under outer Steel drum of solar water Heater Technician came &not checked the water sealing or defective NRV etc units & not showing to the customers&rectifying the troubles within warrenty period as an after sales service.But our HEL supply Technician came & checked without opening any pipes or cover&under some guess works exagerating the leaking problem&& not rectifying the problems&giving to its Customers is the after sales service our HEL Technicioans are doing..Though one month is already passed after giving some guess work faults never came to workspot& rfectified the leaking peoblems like many other Solar Water Heater unit.. We customers are very much desperated for investing huge amount for their defective Unit!!.If they are being reputed Solar Water Heater company ,hope they may insist their Technicians to come &attend the faulty parts rep[acement works &give it in service to the poor Customers like many other reputed S.W.H Companies like V guard, Racold& Many other cpmpanies..Hope they will not desperate the Customers for placing orders to HEL Solar Water Heater company!!!
